Thin film device (like diodes, transistors) fabrication and characterization using organic semiconductors, semiconducting quantum dots, Nanorods, Nanowires, graphene, CNT, 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (2D TMD),and their hybrid charge transfer nanocomposites. The direction and motivation of our research should be consistent, reproducible and potential thin film device applications with low power consumption & high speed by identifying basic mechanism behind the phenomena. Additional important applications would be like photodetectors, photovoltaics, sensors, and light emitting diode (LED) & transistors (LET) etc.
