Recruitment for the posts of Research Associate - I
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country.
The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

| Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency) | Ph.D. degree in Physics/electrical engineering/material engineering or equivalent. Candidate who have just submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply. |
| Preference | Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in (i) device processing, fabrication techniques such as lithography, metallization, etching (ii) Processing Silicon and/or GaAs materials (iii) Sound background in MOSFET fabrication and measurements. |

| Tenure of the post | 06-months and extendable by 1-Year subjective to the satisfactory performance |

A printed copy of the application form sent by email signed and dated by the applicant along with recent passport size photograph and photocopies of relevant certificates and other testimonials in support of age, qualification, experience etc. will be collected at the time of interview.
Applicants must bring all certificates (original + one copy) at the time of interview for the purpose of verification.
