The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis

Title of the project	Synthetic Modelling of Lytic Polysaccharide Monooxygenase (LPMO) Enzymes: Elucidation of the Factors Controlling the Biomass to Biofuel Transformation
Funding Agency	Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)
Minimum educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency)	BSMS/MSc/integrated MSc graduate in Chemistry or related subject with CSIR-JRF/UGC-JRF/NET-LS/valid GATE score. BSMS/MSc/Integrated MSc students from any of the IISERs/IITs/IISc admitted through national level test are eligible. Final year students satisfying the above criteria are also eligible to apply and have to provide degree completion certificate at the time of joining
Desirable Qualifications	Working experience in synthetic inorganic/organic laboratory with understanding of basic characterisation tools (NMR, FTIR, Mass etc.)

Fellowship amount	Rs. 37,000/- + HRA at 10% per month
Tenure of the post	Initially for 6 months (extendable upon satisfactory performance)
Age	Preferably below 28 years
