Recruitment for posts of Junior Research Fellow
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country.
The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

| Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency) | Master’s degree in Physics/Engineering physics/Applied Physics/ with a minimum of 60% marks, selected through a process prescribed in any one of the following (a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE. Or (b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by MHRD and its Agencies and institutions such as UGC / llT / llSc / IISERs / lllTs etc. |
| Preference | Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in (i) semiconductor device processing, fabrication techniques such as lithography, metallization, etching (ii) Experimental condensed matter experiments (iii) Semiconductor deice simulations, MATLAB, C |

| Tenure of the post | 06 - months, extendable by six months subjective to the satisfactory performance |
