Funding Agency	Department of Biotechnology (DBT)
Minimum educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency)	Master’s degree in any area of Biological Sciences with minimum of 55% marks. Qualified NET-JRF/LS or GATE (valid qualified score) candidates are preferred.
Preference	Experience running greenhouse-based plant experiments, performing statistical analyses Prior experience in plant physiological and biochemical assays Experience in germplasm maintenance Knowledge of plant anatomy

Fellowship amount	Rs.37,000/- + HRA per month
Tenure of the post	1 year
Age	Upper age limit is 28 years on the last date of application, with age relaxation as per the Government. Rules.
