Minimum Educational qualification ( as prescribed by the funding agency)	MSc Chemistry & Physics with 60% marks
Preference	Physical science background with experience in solid-state device fabrication, characterization, and electrical measurements.

Fellowship amount	25000 +HRA
Tenure of the post	Initial contract is for 1 year and is extendable based on the performance of the candidate till the termination of project
