Minimum Educational qualification ( as prescribed by the funding agency)	M. Sc. or B. Tech. degree with First Class or equivalent in any area of life sciences from a recognized University + Ph.D. in any area of life sciences from a recognized University with minimum 4 years of research experience
Desirable Qualifications	Academically excellent candidate with research experience in molecular biology, animal cell culture and with at least one research publication

Fellowship amount	Rs.49,000 + HRA as applicable
Tenure of the post	Initially for 6 months, extendable up to 2 years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier, based on performance
