The Institute invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis:

Title of the project	Development of a 50-qubit quantum information processor with electron spins in silicon
Funding Agency	DST/National Quantum Mission
Minimum educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency)	Master’s degree with first-class in Physics/applied physics/Engineering physics or Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering in Electrical/mechanical/Computer Science. Should have qualified National Level eligibility exams such as CSIR/UGC NET Category I/II/III, including lectureships and Assistant professorships, GATE, JEST. A minimum of 2-years of research experience, post the Master's degree, in the field relevant to the project.
Desirable Qualifications	Expertise in semiconductor device fabrication sing electron-beam lithography, photo-lithography, reactive ion etching, Atomic layer deposition. Low-temperature electrical transport using 1.5 K cryostats or dilution refrigerators.
