The institute is looking for buildings on rent with the following requirements:

1. Intended uses & Space requirements
   1. Kitchen : 2500 sq.feet
   2. Hostels : To accommodate about 50 or more students with required furnitures. Buildings with smaller or larger spaces may also be considered depending upon their features and location. Necessary modifications and addition etc. for meeting the user requirements of the institute need to be done by the owner.
2. Location : Near transit campus of the Institute i.e. College of Engineering, Kulathur, Thiruvananthapuram
3. Period : 1 to 2 years, Required for occupation from July 2015 onwards

   Persons interested to offer their building premises on rent with the prospect of meeting the above requirements may make their offers with the full details of the premises viz. under headings:

   • Location details with sketch
   • Ownership and registration under municipal authority
   • Space (Plinth area and carpet / floor area) with description of building plan with approach & access
   • Electric Power supply specifications with load ratting
   • Water supply facilities
   • Fixtures & Furnishings
   • Compound area with vehicle parking space
   • BuildingMaintenance / Care-taker arrangements, as the case may be
   • Any other particulars
   • Expected monthly rent

The charges for electricity power consumption and water charges will be payable by the institute whereas all municipal and other statutory taxes and cess liabilities are to be borne by the building owner.

The premises on offer will be shortlisted on the basis of institute's requirements and preferences and such parties will be invited for further discussions on rent and other terms and conditions.

The institute reserves the right to not to consider any one or all the offers without giving any reasons.
