Disposal of used packing materials

Sealed Tenders are invited for disposal of used packing materials including indigenous and imported wooden boxes, planks, boards etc in “as is where is condition”, lying in the corridors and other passageways, staircases of the first and second floors of the institute building, subject to the following conditions:

1. Date and time of inspection : 10 am to 1 pm on 11^th July 2011
2. Due date & time for receipt of Tenders : 3 pm on 11^th July 2011
3. Date and time of opening of Tenders : 4 pm on 11^th July 2011
4. Date of award of order : 12^th July 2011
5. Removal of material from site : 10 am to 3 pm on 13^th July 2011
6. Tenders shall accompany EMD for 5% of the tender amount, in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of IISERTVM. EMD of the first three highest bids shall be retained and the rest will be returned soon after tender opening. EMD of the first three highest bidders will be returned only after removal of the materials.

Interested parties may send the sealed tenders to “Asst. Registrar, IISERTVM, 1^st Floor, Dept of Computer Science & Engineering, CET Campus, Engineering College P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695 016” so as to reach on or before due date and time [3 pm on 11^th July 2011]
