Publication of Half Page Advertisement (Black & White)

Dear Sir/Madam,

IISER TVM invites offers from the reputed agencies for publication of Half Page Advertisement (Black & White) in the below listed National Dailies on 28.2.2015.

Terms and conditions:

1. Quotes should be based on prevailing DAVP Rates on competitive basis.
2. The rates should be inclusive of all
3. Offers shall be submitted in the sealed envelope superscribing the tender no. dated to the undersigned.
4. No email offers will be accepted/taken in to account.
5. Last date & time of submission of offers: 25.2.2015 @ 11:30 AM.
6. A tender box will be exclusively made available at the Annex Building of IISER-Trivandrum to put the offers.
7. Offers will be opened in presence of the representative of the agencies in case they are present, and the work order will be placed on the lowest bidder on the same day itself or 26.2.2015.
8. Successful bidder will have to furnish the proof of draft advertisement and got approved by the officials of the Institute by 26.2.2015 itself and ensure that the advertisement will be published in the National Dailies on 28.2.2015 without fail.
9. Payment: Within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the above listed dailies and submission of bills with documentary proof.
