   If you have an independent Ph.D. fellowship (CSIR-JRF, UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF, INSPIRE Fellowship, etc.), you can apply at any time of the year. In this case, please email me with your research interests and tentative joining timeline.
2. Through IISER TVM:
   You can also apply through the official Ph.D. admission process at IISER TVM, which opens periodically. Shortlisted candidates from this route will be invited for interviews.
